Your Role:

• Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of English Language Learners (ELLs) and aligned with state and school standards.
  
• Provide focused instruction in small groups and one-on-one settings to enhance speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
  
• Partner with classroom teachers to integrate language development into the broader curriculum seamlessly.
  
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment that supports student growth and motivation.
  
• Regularly assess student progress, refining your strategies to promote consistent language improvement.

Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with ESL Endorsement.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  
• Experience working with English Language Learners in a school setting is preferred.
