Olives and Peppers is locally owned and an innovative Italian restaurant group with locations in Trafford and Greensburg. The Trafford and Greensburg locations are seeking qualified applicants for Prep Cooks, all experience levels welcome to apply however experience is preferred. Summary of Position:

Our prep cooks are responsible for the preparation of ingredients for the dishes we serve. This includes washing and chopping vegetables, weighing and mixing ingredients, preparing meats, storing food and much more. Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and taking out trash. Using appropriate utensils and kitchen equipment to complete predetermined Daily Prep List.

• Strong! You must be able to work in standing positions for long periods of time, reach, bend, stoop and sometimes lift up to 50 pounds.
