The Manager of Programmatic Advertising is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive programmatic advertising strategies tailored to the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, audience targeting techniques, campaign optimization strategies, and industry trends. The manager will also oversee a team of advertising specialists in the fulfilment of client advertising campaigns. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

  • Develop and implement multi-channel programmatic advertising strategies that align with clients’ business goals.  
  • Regularly review campaign performance with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify target audiences and determine the best platforms and ad formats to reach them.  
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize performance, ensuring they meet predefined KPIs. 
  • Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor spend and adjust bids to ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver desired results.
  • Manage a team of digital advertisers in daily job duties.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure ads are displayed correctly and effectively.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for innovation within programmatic advertising.  
  • Suggest and implement new strategies or tools to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a focus on digital marketing or related field. 
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on multi-channel programmatic advertising. 
  • Minimum 2 years leading a programmatic advertising team 
  • Direct experience using programmatic advertising platforms and DSPs. 
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, audience reach, and capabilities. 
  • Knowledge of ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and other ad tech components. 
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and ad tagging. 
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies. 
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable insights for clients and stakeholders. 
  • Strong understanding of bid management and cost optimization strategies. 
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues related to campaign performance, ad delivery, and technical challenges. 
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and implementing solutions. 
  • Ability to adapt to the evolving digital advertising landscape and integrate new tools and strategies.
