Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities to enhance lending performance and member service via our call center.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the lending operations for channels within MRB including via phone, Internet and dealers. Serve as first line supervisor for member escalations – Ensure member needs are met and provide first level source of assistance and review of policy questions.

 

  • Coordinate the research, corrections, and communication processes as needed within the lending scope of services.  This includes handling research and correction requests, Lending New Account opening, outbound communication processes, and requests from other departments within the credit union depending upon ticket requests.

 

  • Support the call quality program within MRB and conduct employee coaching as directed by the Director. Establishes and maintains an environment conducive to productive Member sales and service.

 

  • Acts in the capacity of a senior loan officer on loan business generated within the department as needed. Keep abreast of changes in the industry and changing trends in lending and react to changes in a way that maintains competitiveness.

 

  • Assist in the training of call center representatives with cross-selling skills to promote credit union products and services as appropriate. Consistently maintain and improve call center specialist skills and knowledge for efficient service delivery and high-quality member service.

Salary Info:

$60,117 - $75,146 / annually
