Position and employer: Lead HVAC Installer with Redlands Plumbing

Location: Redlands, CA

Salary: $28 – $40+ an hour based on Experience

Job requirements:

5+ years’ experience as a Lead Installer in the below installations
Fully experienced in Start to Finish Installations of: Full cut ins, Retrofits, Heat Pump, Ultra LowNox, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment
Strong communication skills with clients and team members
Able to direct, train and mentor less experienced members of your team
Complete jobs on tight timeframes
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
EPA Certified Required
NATE Certified (preferred)
