What you’ll do as an Ecom Fulfillment Manager:
You will be a part of a fast-growing fulfillment center! You oversee assisting the operation of a single fulfillment center. This includes but is not limited to, hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional fulfillment results. It's up to you to make your fulfillment center a success. As Assistant Ecom Fulfillments Manager, you'll help keep pace with changing demands and make sure every product is where it should be. It’s your organizational skills and dedication that are at the heart of what Kings Loot does — connecting people to the Kingdom! You are perfect for this role if you enjoy a fast-paced environment and consistently embracing new challenges. Our work hours will flex up during busy months (Tax Season/Black Friday) and flex down certain times of year due to seasonality. There will be times we need to work late or even on weekends. Saying “YES” without reservation is our way of business and we ask a lot from our team when it comes to flexibility! 

What you will be responsible for:
•    Ensuring all orders are fulfilled on the same day up to 4 pm MST
•    Build effective teams
•    Daily & Weekly Meetings: All Team, Shipping & Logistics, 1:1’s 
•    Receive and count inventory within 24 hours of being delivered 
•    Transfer received inventory to designated location as soon as it’s received in. 
•    Make sure the designated carrier picks up all orders at the appointed time
•    Process returns at least three times per week
•    Refinish, repackage, and SKU products and add to inventory by Friday each week
•    Ensure inventory is organized in the bin and storage locations at all times
•    Keep warehouse clean, swept and organized picking up any access trash and boxes daily
•    Make sure lights are off and all doors are shut & locked when leaving. 
•    Manage inventory levels in the warehouse
•    Be high-energy and forward-thinking. We like fast learners who take ownership in their role! 
•    Anticipating issues, leaning into problems, and resolving them quickly 
•    Manage staffing for the warehouse
•    Create SOPs for the warehouse as needed
•    Holding Associates accountable to standard on operating procedures and professionalism
•    Start Fast & Finish Focused. Be action oriented and just start, but also diligent to do things right.
•    Ordering supplies for Kings Loot to ensure smooth operations
•    Create systems and processes to optimize the fulfillment process
•    Reconcile shipping label costs

What are the results we desire:
•    All orders must be fulfilled same day by 4 pm MST
•    Under 1% engraving/order mistakes
•    Maintain all equipment to operational standard
•    Scoring over 85% on Warehouse Audit consistently
•    Ensuring no cases with HR and being effective in conflict management
•    Packing times is at or above 65 orders/hr each associate
•    No workers compensation claims or injuries against the company
•    Supplies are always ready and in stock
•    Daily, Weekly Meetings: All Team, Shipping & Logistics, 1:1’s are being attended on time
•    Ensure we are not overpaying for shipping labels

Desired Skills & Experience:
You are perfect for this role if you have:
•    Bachelors in supply chain management, preferred
•    2 years of experience of managing a team
•    2 years of experience of managing warehouse/logistics 
•    Extra availability will be needed during the holiday season including weekends & Holidays. 
•    Able to lift up 50 lbs, stand up to 8 hours or extended periods of time. *    Forklift experience, preferred

•    Extremely detailed oriented
•    Action Oriented

Shift/Scheduling and Additional Information:

• Onsite role, Mon - Fri, 8 - 5 pm, MST
• Some OT may be required
• Some weekends and holidays as needed
• 7 day work weeks during Q4

In order to prepare you for success, we will provide 3 or more weeks of training!
