Paramax Corporation, [ a boutique M&A Investment Banking firm located in Williamsville, NY and serving clients nationally has an immediate opening for a career-oriented, experienced, full-time Investment Banking Analyst.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the investment banking team in all aspects of M&A transactions including: building and reviewing content for Offering Materials, Marketing Pitches, Valuations, and other client deliverables, management and review of Due Diligence information and the Electronic Data Room, support of the buyer solicitation process and following up with buyers, support for negotiations, confirmatory due diligence, and buyer logistics, and any general divestiture process related administration as directed by senior team members; Good analytical, research, writing and verbal skills are a must.
Qualified candidates must have passed the CPA exam and have a minimum of 2 years of CPA work experience. We offer a professional workplace and a competitive wage package.
