CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop tools and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our investment and trading activities
- Maintain models, spreadsheets, security classifications, tax lots, and other data
- Monitor trade requests and execute requested trades for client accounts
- Set up and execute regular rebalancing for modeled accounts
- Monitor accounts for opportunities to harvest tax losses and execute
- Maintain models and data within the order management system
- Provide data and perform research in support of advisor research requests
- Use the portfolio management system to design and maintain client facing reports
TECHNICAL SKILLS: - A demonstrated interest in financial markets and investments required
- Strong and relevant academic or work credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High technological proficiency including Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (including advanced functions for data manipulation)
- VBA (or other programming knowledge), Orion Advisor, and Factsetexperience a plus
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors degree or significant relevant experience required

BASE SALARY RANGE: $55,000-$76,000 base plus performance-based compensation
