Your New Role

As an Insulation Installer Helper , you’ll play a key role in our operations and learn the ins and outs of the insulation trade. Here’s what you’ll take on:

• Installation Specialist: Work with different insulation materials, including fiberglass, foam, cellulose, and spray foam.
• Tactical Removal: Safely remove old or damaged insulation, preparing spaces for fresh installations.
• Energy Efficiency Warrior: Install radiant barriers and seal gaps to improve energy efficiency.
• Pest Proofing Pro: Help seal openings to protect homes from rodents and pests.
• Safety Champion: Commit to safety protocols and use PPE to ensure a safe workspace.

• Ability to install various insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose, spray foam) in wall and ceiling cavities
• Ability to safely remove old or damaged insulation
• Experience or willingness to learn radiant barrier installation and air leak sealing
• Ability to identify and seal gaps to prevent pest intrusion
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
