DNC is hiring Instructional Program Designers. They are responsible for the design elements and materials for the organizing program, from slides, worksheets, templates, workbooks for staff, organizers, and volunteers to all paper content for retreats, onboardings, workshops, and management training. Designers will be responsible for working across teams to design content and measuring success of specific pieces of content to iterate. Furthermore, they will work with the HQ and state teams to craft brand identities for a range of unique priorities. At their core, the Designer will thrive off building beautiful, functional, and streamlined content that enables teams to learn and function more effectively.

Salary : The salary for this position is $66,000, on an annualized basis. This is a full-time exempt position with an end date of November 15, 2024. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500.
