Job Posting: Human Resources Assistant (Local Candidates Only)

Position : Human Resources Assistant
Location : Local candidates only (Remote work not available)
Education : High School Diploma or GED required (Higher education preferred)
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Bilingual : A Plus!

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform data entry and scanning tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Access to manage and organize data effectively.
• Create complex presentations using PowerPoint, incorporating charts and graphs from various databases.
• Assist with scheduling training classes, setting up classrooms, and ensuring readiness for training sessions.
• Design and distribute surveys to gather feedback or insights as needed.
• Manage administrative tasks, including answering phones, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and accuracy.
• Experience in general administrative duties.

Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or GED required (Higher education is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support roles.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time
