Human Resources Specialist

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying talent needs, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and create job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including coordinating training programs and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Exhibit the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and HRIS software to perform daily HR tasks efficiently.
Position Skills:
- Associate degree in human resources management or related field.
- Two or more years of human resources experience, including recruiting.
- Payroll processing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software preferred.
