Hotel General Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:

3+ years of General Manager experience in select-service hotels, preferably Hilton or Marriott brands
Oversee hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and achieving revenue/profit goals
Manage staffing, training, guest satisfaction, and cost control
Develop and lead team members to foster leadership and operational excellence
Work with corporate, ownership, and community to promote the hotel and meet targets
Open availability to cover any shift when necessary
