Hotel General Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in select-service hotels, preferably Hilton or Marriott brands
  • Oversee hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and achieving revenue/profit goals
  • Manage staffing, training, guest satisfaction, and cost control
  • Develop and lead team members to foster leadership and operational excellence
  • Work with corporate, ownership, and community to promote the hotel and meet targets
  • Open availability to cover any shift when necessary
