Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of an upscale franchised hotel located in the heart of our downtown tourism district. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, efficient operation of the hotel, and achievement of business goals. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to achieve profitability targets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high brand and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Strong conflict resolution skills, and exceptional ownership mentality.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
