Mortgage loan officers can no longer depend on unpredictable realtor referrals for a thriving business. Ambitious loan officers who want to succeed are looking for a way to take the wheel and start generating their own leads. This is where our DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) LO Accelerator program comes in.We help Loan Officers modernize their businesses by implementing our battle-tested, multi-million dollar DTC Client Acquisition System directly into their operations. Our program enables LOs to generate their own high-quality leads, consistently close 3-10 loans a month, and have realtors competing to work with them instead of the other way around.
Traditional lead generation methods for LOs are low quality and as a result, a very low percentage turn into loans.
Our direct-to-consumer approach, using proven cold traffic campaigns and nurture sequences that warm up the leads is the quickest way to help Loan Officers transform their businesses.

- Minimum one year experience as a sales closer over the phone/on video with a B2C offer offer (not B2B) with $50,000 in gross revenue
- Collaborative, team player
- Track record of 20%+ close rate while maintaining high integrity in sales
- Ability to maintain strong internal communication (notes in CRM, communicate with sales manager, record calls for review, etc.)
- Experience with outbound lead generation (we've found paid, inbound leads are cake for people who have actually had to hunt for their sales)
- Ability to maintain positive mindset and energy at all times
- Smart follow up strategy (not “just checking in” for “questions”)
- A master of authoritative empathy with prospects
- Overcome objections to generate sales
-Coach people through their fear to becoming the successful person they want to be on the other side
- Knack for customizing sales conversations to each prospect
- Simplifying complicated ideas in a way that is persuasive and doesn't overwhelm
Responsibilities include:
- Selling our DTC LO Accelerator program via video chat on Zoom
- Maintaining detailed records of sales calls and prospect information in our CRM
- Achieving and maintaining a 30%+ close rate
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve our sales process and pitch
- Recording short personalized videos for prospects before meetings
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating this knowledge into sales conversations
Bonus Skills & Experience
- Experience successfully selling coaching to consumers
- Experience/understanding of digital marketing
- Basic understanding of housing/mortgage market
