Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission by:

Actively recruiting candidates for assigned job orders while following established procedures to ensure successful placements. You'll leverage your knowledge of industry practices and stay updated on the latest social media trends.
Sourcing and evaluating qualified applicants, conducting thorough screenings, and scheduling interviews. You will also assist our Credentialing Coordinator with checking employment references and background information.
Making 80 to 100 daily calls via phone and internet, following a structured script to connect with prospective candidates.
Building and maintaining your personal brand through social media platforms, showcasing your expertise and enthusiasm for recruitment.
Preparing candidates for interviews with clients, ensuring they feel confident and ready to succeed.
Keeping accurate records of recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system, including tracking applicant flow, interviews, hires, and terminations.
Engaging in negotiations for compensation packages to ensure a win-win for both candidates and clients.
Representing our organization at job and career fairs and maintaining regular communication with healthcare organizations and professional associations.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups within the community.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
Proficiency in PC computer systems, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications, as well as organizing files in both physical and digital formats.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Recruiter, in direct sales, or in a healthcare professional role.
