Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 1-year contract (W-2 role)
Pay Rate: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Insurance Sales Call Auditor to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with Medicare and health insurance sectors, ensuring sales calls meet the highest standards of compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough audits of sales calls to ensure adherence to quality requirements and escalation procedures.
Apply quality concepts and principles relevant to sales processes and compliance.
Follow established guidelines for sales call auditing and maintain quality metrics.
Document call quality, efficiency, and effectiveness using appropriate tools and metrics.
Analyze quality data from sales calls to identify areas for improvement.
Communicate trends and patterns in call quality to stakeholders and drive necessary actions.
Review audit reports and provide feedback on process effectiveness.
Plan, prioritize, and organize work to meet objectives and deadlines.
Monitor agent sales activities, especially during peak seasons, to ensure compliance with updated regulations.
Collaborate with a team that includes sales support professionals, business and quality analysts, and auditors.
Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher.
3+ years of experience in auditing sales calls within Medicare or health insurance sectors, with a focus on sales processes and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with various system platforms.
