Job Description

Full-Time Graphic Designer

We are seeking a passionate and creative full-time graphic designer to join our growing team! This role will be an essential part of our creative team, helping to bring our healthcare clients' visions to life through stunning visual designs. As a graphic designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling assets for various marketing channels, including social media, advertisements, business development, and promotional materials. You will collaborate closely with our Creative Director and team, producing work that enhances the overall user experience and supports multiple client objectives.

This is an in-person role, with potential flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Design visually captivating graphics for a range of materials, including marketing collateral, social media visuals, presentations, brochures, flyers, apparel, and more.
Collaborate with project managers to understand project objectives, brand guidelines, and creative requirements.
Create high-quality graphics that meet client goals and elevate user experience.
Perform audits across various technologies and marketing platforms to ensure design quality.
Assist senior leadership with corporate initiatives and strategic design efforts.
Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are fresh, innovative, and high-quality.
Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring a consistent and polished visual identity across all projects.
Effectively organize and manage multiple projects with clear communication and updates.
Track project milestones and collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery.
Manage project schedules and deliverables using project management tools.
Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

Desired Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, user experience, visual arts, or a related field.
Proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other professional design software.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to articulate design concepts and ask the right questions to project leads.
Experience with major social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills as needed.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
A genuine passion for design and staying ahead of industry trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

Project Management Certification.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS for designing web assets.
Experience with image manipulation and design technologies.
Motion graphics or video editing skills.
3D design and CAD expertise.
Familiarity with project management software like Asana.
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies in business.

Compensation:

Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, based on experience.
