Global Mobility Specialist Location Remote :

Sustainable Talent is partnering with Nvidia a global leader who's been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years.

We are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to support our client's Global Mobility Team. This is a W-2 full-time contract position with US Remote work option. The person in this hands-on role will have a global mobility background and partner closely with HRBP's, Recruiting, Immigration, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, Tax and others to ensure a seamless mobility experience for our people. The Global Mobility Specialist will work as part of a team including the Director, Global Mobility and Global Mobility Specialists and Program Leads.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead day-to-day interactions having a wide variety of complex situations arising from mobility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our new hire candidates and employees with focus on employee experience.
  • Transactional support requiring impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work with mobility vendors across the region to ensure a smooth experience for our people.
  • Advise and guide managers, recruiters, and business teams to set expectations on recommended practices, process, and timelines; and provide excellent customer service to employees in responding to their questions/concerns.
  • Review and support critical issues and exception requests.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external supplier partners to develop process and system improvements.
  • Tackle ad hoc projects as assigned.

What we need to see:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Global Mobility i.e., relocation, immigration and/or mobility tax.
  • Knowledge of global mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies.
  • Experience operating in a collaborative environment.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in developing methods to automate manual processes.
  • Advanced user of MS Excel, Workday, Service Now, HR-centric systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and highly responsive.
  • Ability to think through end-to-end solutions to improve the processes through the mobility lifecycle.
  • Skilled at handling complex, ambiguous situations exercising judgement and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work self-sufficiently and take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively with data, analyze and present insights, develop and deliver presentations of key results.
