Sol Dias is headquartered in Haltom City, Texas. We provide delicious flavors of Mexico via handcrafted treats and hard-to-find Mexican snacks. You can find our products via Sam's Club, DoorDash, or our two brick & mortar positions. Our goal with every order is to deliver a piece of joy, and share the friendly culture of our native heritage.
We look for people who share a passion for bringing a little piece of Mexico to all. Together, we act as owners with a long-term vision to become the most recognized Mexican Snacks Distributor in all of Texas.
This is a PART-TIME position, 15-20 hours a week. It would be 3-4 weekdays between the hours of 10AM-3PM.
Responsibilities
• Assist in ordering and accepting new inventory, as well as organizing it and accepted it into our system
• Communicate the arrivals and any exceptions, discrepancies, or questionable conditions of products with the Fulfillment Team Lead
• Accurately assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise utilizing our software, owning all responsibility around those shipments
• Assist customers with shipping inquiries via email, chat and over the phone
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Previous inventory or shipping/ receiving experience preferred but not required
• Extreme detail and accuracy oriented
• Bilingual with Spanish preferred
• Solid oral and written communications skills
• Extend Sol Dias warmth and hospitality in all customer interactions
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have basic math skills
• Familiar with proper packaging methods and ability to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packing requirements
• Requires Gmail email platform usage
Contributions
The position contributes heavily and directly to the success of Sol Dias. She/He will represent the company and interact directly with customers.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs without any health limitations
• Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8 hr shift
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
