**Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist - US (Contractor)**
**Location:** Plano, TX, United States
**Compensation:** $25 to $35 per hour
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven, and innovative Field Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic North American marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence and driving lead generation through successful B2B field events, webinars, and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in event marketing and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Your Responsibilities:**
- **Event Planning and Management:** Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and managing comprehensive project briefs and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. Regularly update key stakeholders on progress.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to capture, convert, and nurture high-quality pipeline. Build and maintain relationships with external sponsors and vendors.
- **Event Logistics:** Manage end-to-end event logistics and promotion for conferences, owned events, and webinars. Oversee event logistics remotely or on-site, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.
- **Campaign Support:** Support the team in developing and executing multi-touch marketing campaigns across various channels (email, web, social media, direct mail).
- **Post-Event Evaluation:** Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- **Inventory Management:** Maintain and track event and exhibit inventory with a 3rd party vendor.
**About You:**
- **Experience:** 1-3 years of event marketing experience preferred.
- **Project Management Skills:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and stay within budget.
- **Communication:** Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- **Creativity:** Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze the success of events through data and metrics.
- **Attitude:** Resourceful and positive, with a can-do attitude.
- **Technical Skills:** Experience with Hubspot, Asana, and LinkedIn is a plus.
- **Travel:** Willingness to travel when needed.
**Contract Details:**
- **Duration:** 6-month contract, Temp-full-time.
- **Workweek:** 5 days (40 hours), typically from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- **Location:** Remote/In-office.
