This is an iconic, well known group with 3 locations in the historic area. Parking is included! We like candidates with a Fast Casual Restaurant or retail background. Retail / Fast Casual Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations as a Retail Manager for this busy location
Hire, train, and develop staff
Take disciplinary actions as needed
Ensure consistent quality of product, and overall guest experience as the General Manager

Retail / Fast Casual Restaurant Manager Requirements:

Winning personality
Excellent interpersonal skills
At least 2 years of retail management experience or will look at a fast casual restaurant background
Strong motivation and great work ethic
