About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you'll support the planning and execution of a wide range of events. You'll work closely with our events team to ensure every detail is meticulously managed and our clients' visions are brought to life. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rental, and catering arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional items.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide on-site support during events, including registration, guest assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in generating reports on event outcomes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
