• Job Location: Houston, TX (Northwest area) 
• Job Salary: $80K to $120K DOE

Position Overview: The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for providing effective project management guidance and leadership to a team of electrical project professionals. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of electrical projects, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the specified timeframe and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement electrical project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resources needed.
• Lead and direct electrical contracting projects.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• Manage project change orders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct project reviews and assessments.
• Support client communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide regular project status updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in electrical construction working on commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, or similar projects.
• Experience working with a team to develop and manage project plans.
• Experience managing projects within scope, on time, and on budget.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
