Our farm to table restaurant group is looking for a Director of Operations to help lead our full-service hospitality teams. This is an excellent opportunity to improve an operation and earn ownership equity!

Director of Operations Benefits :

• Excellent base salary $110,000 - $120,000
• Bonus Plan plus ownership equity

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :

• 3+years of Director level experience in a full-service restaurant environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Ability to lead 3 full-service restaurants teams
• Proven track record of developing great hospitality teams
• Menu development experience
