Position: Director of Business Development - REMOTE

gpac, a 30+ year family-owned, family run search firm, is partnered with a well-established Biotech Company. Our client is an early-stage, small biotech company focused on developing innovative treatments for MDS and AML patients. They are looking for a Professional Director of Business Development to add to their growing team.

This is an amazing opportunity for individuals with 3 years of Business Development Experience in the antibody discovery sector, particularly in human antibody discovery for therapeutic purposes. As a Director of Business Development , you will be responsible for reaching out to biotech and pharma companies involved in CAR-T, ADC, and antibody engineering.

Director of Business Development Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
* Identify and target potential partners for collaboration.
* Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
* Present company offerings to potential clients.

Director of Business Development Essential Job Functions:

* Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
* Negotiate partnership agreements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Track and report on business development activities.

Director of Business Development Skills:

* Master's or PhD in a related field
* 3 years of Business Development experience in antibody discovery
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
