Join Our Team: Data Entry Clerk Are you detail-oriented and proficient in data management? Pattern Promotions is looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. About the Role: As a Data Entry Clerk at Pattern Promotions, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our systems. You'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing data to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes. Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Verify and correct data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss.
Retrieve data from various sources as requested by team members.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
