Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Independent Construction Contractor to join our team. As a contractor, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency while meeting deadlines. This is a commission-based position, where you will earn a percentage of the sales generated from each project you oversee.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
- Manage subcontractors and laborers, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare project estimates and budgets, providing accurate forecasts to clients.
- Handle project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and risk management.
- Proficiency in construction software and tools.
- Valid contractor's license (if applicable).
