Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Commercial Painting, Project Management, Estimating, Coatings Paint, and Coatings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing construction and renovation projects from start to finish
• Creating detailed estimates for proposed projects
• Scheduling and coordinating resources and subcontractors
• Controlling and monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and keeping stakeholders informed
• Preparing, submitting, and managing project invoices and payments
• Maintaining and updating project records, including progress reports and budget tracking

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management and Estimating
• Strong understanding of Commercial Painting, Coatings Paint, and Coatings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial and project management software is a plus
