Painting new building and repainting are our two main areas of expertise. Local repainting is usually done directly to the owner and is managed by our divisions, but nationwide multi-site repainting is also included in this process. Our new construction commercial painting service is only available within 200 miles of our Villa Rica locations in the Southeast United States. When it comes to comprehending the "give and take" of a rollout program, we adhere to the volume model. Change orders and site-specific proposals are something we try to get rid of. We put a lot of effort into creating a platform that enables us to uphold brand consistency for each of our clients, regardless of the number of shops or geographic locations-from a basic menu pricing model to a regional strategy.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager/Estimator who will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and control of commercial painting projects. The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for the efficient estimation of projects, ensuring projects stay on budget and are completed on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial painting and project management/estimating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate, and review estimates and bids for commercial painting projects.
• Manage the planning, coordination, and control of commercial painting projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Develop and update project documents such as plans, estimates, and schedules.
• Manage and coordinate project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress of projects to ensure they stay on time and on budget.
• Communicate with clients regularly about project progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial painting and project management/estimating.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Excellent customer service and team building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: $85k-$115k plus bonus
• Bonus: 10%-20% of salary
