Job Description

This role is vital in providing administrative support across various departments, ensuring schedules run smoothly, correspondence is handled promptly, and key tasks are completed efficiently. What You'll Do

Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare agendas.
Record and distribute meeting minutes accurately.
Organize and maintain records, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Handle phone inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate team members.
Assist with filing systems and document management.
Generate reports and provide data summaries as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
Assist in tracking budgets and preparing expense reports.
Provide administrative support for projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain secure databases.
Use office software to prepare and edit documents.
Suggest and implement improvements to office procedures.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office management tools and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and budget tracking (preferred).
