Position Overview
As the Chief People Officer (CPO), you'll be an essential part of our executive team, driving human resources strategies that align with our growth and mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a high-performance, inclusive culture within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We're looking for a strategic leader with hands-on experience, particularly in rapidly evolving or startup settings, who can foster a strong, engaged workforce.

Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote company values.
Collaborate with the executive team to offer strategic HR insights.
Cultivate a work culture that reflects our values and supports growth.
Talent Acquisition & Management

Design and lead global recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding processes that ensure a seamless integration for new team members.
Create and manage talent development and succession planning programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture

Develop initiatives that boost employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Champion a positive, inclusive work environment.
Introduce recognition programs to celebrate team achievements.
Performance Management

Oversee performance management systems that drive results and employee development.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and career development.
Lead training and development initiatives to empower employees.
Compensation & Benefits

Design competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
Ensure compliance with both local and international labor regulations.
Regularly conduct market assessments to maintain competitive compensation structures.
HR Operations

Lead HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting through effective systems.
Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Lead efforts to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
Implement policies and practices that ensure equal opportunities for all.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Chief People Officer or in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in fast-growing companies or startups.
Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industries is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A strategic thinker with business acumen and the ability to drive results.
Experience in international HR management is a plus.
