Summary of Position

We are seeking remote customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, utilizing provided tools to document interactions accurately. Upholding company policies with integrity, you will ensure a positive experience for both customers and our organization.

Job Duties

Conducting data entry and capturing information
Upselling products and services as appropriate
Scheduling appointments in a customer-oriented manner
Maintaining knowledge of campaign offerings and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of call center experience, including use of automatic dialers and call scripting
Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on active listening
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Sales experience preferred
High School diploma or GED
Basic computer literacy and proficiency
Experience in outbound environments is advantageous
Work from Home Requirements

PC/Laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets not compatible)
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
