Call Center Agent Fully Remote/ work from home.

The role and company:

Global Consultancy requires accomplished Call Center Agents to work remotely and give a firstclass customer experience for their client providing telephone email and webchat assistance. Please Note this is a W2 contract role and candidates must have at least 3 years experience working in a Call Centers to be considered.

Experience and role requirements for the Call Center Agent position are:

• Proven experience with a minimum 3 years in Call centers. with good experience of Inbound/ Outbound calls Emails and (ideally) Webchats.
• A firstclass communicator who can adapt to new systems (paid full training given).
• Able to work in a 6 month W2 contract role (initial) paying $19 per hour (no PTO).
• Happy to work fully remote / work from home from anywhere in the US.
• Experience working in financial (Banking Insurance etc will be nice to have but not essential.
  
• Shifts Must be able to work various client shift patterns up to 40 Hours
  per week with some clients requiring a Saturday shift.
  
• Must be based within The U.S.A. (can work anywhere fully remote).
• Typing speed 25 words per minute MS Office experience.
• CRM/ Call Loggng Systems experience.
  
• All equipment is provided.
• Able to start in 13 weeks after interview (pending background checks approval).
