Responsibilities for the Business Intelligence Analyst:

• Gather and input data from various sources into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Clean and validate data to ensure its integrity
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring they are functioning properly
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports using tools like Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software
• Provide data-related support to various teams or departments working on specific programs or projects.
• Collaborate with program managers, IT teams, and other departments to align data needs with program goals
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational data policies.

Qualifications for the Business Intelligence Analyst:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• P&C Insurance knowledge is a MUST
• Strong MS Excel skills. Comfortable working with large data sets
• Database Management
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload in response to changing circumstances
