Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking a Corporate Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. As a vital member of the firm's client service team, our Corporate Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for researching, drafting and preparing complex employment, investment and treaty-based visa petitions. A qualified candidate must be organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines, work independently and also as a collaborative member of our client service team. This individual must have experience working with the U.S. Department of Labor procedures, knowledge of National Visa Center processing, consular processing, immigrant/non-immigrant visas, and AOS processes. #LIHybrid
ResponsibilitiesPursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the salary range for this Los Angeles based position is between $78,500 - $128,100. Pursuant to the New York City Human Rights Law and Washington DC Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this New York or Washington DC based position is between $81,900 - $133,700. These figures represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without consideration to their race, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, domestic partner status or medical condition.
