Barback Responsibilities:

• Bar Upkeep: Clean and restock the bar area regularly to ensure a tidy and well-organized workspace.
• Anticipate Needs: Proactively anticipate the needs of the bartenders to support efficient service.
• Safety and Efficiency: Move safely and swiftly throughout the bar to maintain a smooth workflow and prevent accidents.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all bar items, including drinks, garnishes, and tools.
• Glassware Handling: Collect, clean, and organize glassware efficiently to ensure quick access for bartenders.
• Support Bartenders: Assist bartenders during peak hours by preparing garnishes, batching drinks, and providing other necessary support.
