B2B Digital Marketing Sales Representative

Location: Remote (USbased travel required)

Type: Commission Base (after probation)

Drive Growth for a Growing Digital Marketing Agency

Looking for a proven B2B sales professional to join our digital marketing agency. We help businesses scale through marketing automation paid advertising social media and integrated digital strategies. This is a remote role with high earning potential for someone who can identify pursue and close deals independently.

The Opportunity:

Uncapped commission structure (1035%)

What Youll Do:

Source and close new business opportunities independently

Manage full sales cycle from prospect to close

Present complex digital marketing solutions to decision makers

Build relationships with B2B clients across industries

Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

Participate in industry events and networking opportunities

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client success

Requirements:

3 years B2B sales experience in digital marketing/agency services

Proven track record of hitting sales targets

Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings/events

Based in the United States

Compensation Structure:

First 90 Days:

Up to 35% commission on all deals

Sales training and support

After Successful Probation:

Base salary $

Maintained commission structure

Close minimum 3 new clients

Generate $30000 in new business

Maintain 80% prospect meeting attendance rate

Build pipeline of qualified opportunities
