Job Description

Spectrum is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Manager with a TS/SCI clearance who has responsibility to provide support to the 556 Test and Evaluation Squadron mission at Creech AFB, Nevada. The ideal candidate will be responsible logistics, coordination, planning and test development activities to aircraft, Ground Control Stations, and support equipment. Additionally, they will provide aircraft maintenance management advice to the customer. Additionally, our candidate must:

• Conduct operations in accordance with manuals, checklists, technical orders and Air Force Instructions
• Support Maintenance and Operations Technical Order reviews and verification events, drafting inputs IAW TO 00-5-1 AF TECHNICAL ORDER SYSTEM
• Provide precise and detailed coordination with external agencies for test planning and execution
• Track configuration management of the MQ-9 aircraft and Ground Control Stations possessed by the 53 WG or other unit approved organizations
• Manage the aircraft and maintenance support equipment schedule for test operations, which includes acting as a focal point to deconflict assets with host and supporting organizations
• Provide maintenance SME in the development of TTPs as it applies to ground and flight operations
• Assist coordination with third party organizations to review, develop, and draft local job guides (LJG) based on existing third-party documentation and best practices
• Ensure all test resources, data acquisition systems, instrumentation, hardware and software components are adequately suited to meet test requirements

Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement

Position requires minimum Bachelors’ Degree in a related field

Minimum Security Clearance

**Current TS/SCI with SAP eligibility**

Other Requirements

• Seven (7) years experience in military aviation operations (preferably UAS)
• Minimum three (3) years experience in maintenance scheduling
• Two (2) years test experience desired
