This position entails working closely with our Hotel Manager and owners across all operations and the business, with a focus on our food & beverage program, aiming for continuous 5-star feedback, and proudly promoting Maxwell to friends.

This position is a full-time exempt (salaried) position responsible for assisting in many aspects of operating the property, focusing on the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the food and beverage operation. Hours will vary and frequently will include evenings and weekends. Duties include working with our mixologists on crafting our beverage offering, managing overall food & beverage costs, ordering & managing inventory, and training the food & beverage team. This will be active through all property operations and will serve as Manager on Duty routinely. As a leader on our team, you will work shifts as both a mixologist in our bars and desk shifts in guest services.

Craft cocktail experience is required. Minimum two (2) years of previous hospitality (food service and beverage) experience and two (2) years of directly managing a team of at least 5.
