Parkhill is actively seeking a talented Project Manager to become an integral part of our expanding K-12 Team. As a pivotal figure in our projects, you'll oversee every phase with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to fostering successful client relationships. Your Contribution

  • Interface with the client and stakeholders providing inventive and relevant project solutions.
  • Manage successful communication between the firm and client.
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, free structure, and budget targets to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Oversee project cost and staff and balance utilization and profitability.
  • Direct and manage multiple projects.
  • Readily assists as needed to aid the team in project completion.
  • Build client relationships and take responsibility for key client development.
  • Oversee site visits and assessments.
  • Develop design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and other consultants.
  • Present designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • Obtain a Registered Architect License.
  • 10-15 years in design of educational spaces that foster learning, collaboration, and safety while considering budgetary restraints.
  • Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.
  • Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills to allow for seamless collaboration with education, administrators, and consulting teams.
