Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled hands on Data engineer/Architect with a good problem solving ability with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust and scalable architectures using IBM IA/QS/IAdmin.
• Oversee the integration of Rest API to ensure seamless communication between different systems.
• Provide expertise in ANSI SQL to optimize database queries and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure that all solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and implementations.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Ensure that all solutions are scalable and can support future growth and expansion.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in IBM IA/QS/IAdmin, demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• Have a strong background in Rest API integration, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
• Be proficient in ANSI SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Have strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
