We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Collection and Administrative Support specialist. In this role you will be responsible for entering and collecting data providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities:
Enter update and maintain data in various databases and systems.
Collect data from online sources and ensure accuracy.
Assist with administrative tasks.
Support team members with additional tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
Must be willing to obtain health and life insurance license within 46 months of first day.
