As an Administrative Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to a department or group of professionals within our clients organization. This position requires someone with strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle moderately complex data and information. You will contribute to the smooth operation of daily tasks and help maintain efficient workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect compile and analyze data and information to support departmental operations.
• Prepare reports and written summaries of findings in a clear and concise manner.

• Maintain accurate records files and databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience (24 years) in administrative support roles preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
