Our Customer Service Clerk/Office Administrative Assistants are pivotal to our operations. Come join our Milwaukee, WI office today!

JOB Details
$17.50/ Per hour DOE
M-F, 12pm-8:30pm, no weekends
Assist Terminal with variety of needs
Reviews and investigates overages, shortages, and damages to reduce or eliminate loss and damage claims.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Work with customer service
Assist Service Center Manager
Help with Billing related issues

Job Requirements:
1+ years customer service / clerical experience is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer skills - email, excel, word, etc
Ability and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent
